Power Off is a feature available only in computers with an "ATX Power Supply" or compatible (most modern computers and allmost all notebooks).
If you enable this option (default), Shutdown Manager will do exactly that: power off your computer.
This option is automatically disabled by Shutdown Manager if you choose "Restart" or "Logoff".
