Let's say I have 2 directories with different sub-directory structures under each. I want to identify files that are in the 1st (source) directory but not in the 2nd (target) directory. I just want to verify the file(s) from the source exists 'somewhere' in the target directory structure.

How do I do that?

I think I'm looking for a 'missing' list based on 'repeated' files and not 'duplicates'.

Hello and very sorry for the delay, never received proper report about your request  Embarrassed

I'm sure you found this answer by using Comparator Fast, please allow me to answer as well.
You're looking for Repeated Files and Comparator Fast can detect those files easily.

Duplicates files are those that belongs to same directory structure from analyzed Source and Target folders.

Repeated files are the same files based on your chosen criteria. If you are looking for exact duplicates no matter file names, file dates and folders, use the Search repeated files by: MD5.

Thanks for using Comparator Fast.
