Sure you can.

You may use 2 options:

1) This option involves use of Connect to a remote Shutdown Manager tool. Here you may specify groups of computers and perform an action to entire group.

Example:
   Accounting (Group)
        |
        |
      Pc1
      Pc2
      Pc3

If you right-click on group Accounting, all computers on that group will be processed. You may choose to Shutdown or Reboot computers using Windows Method, also may use the forced mode to ensure the shutdown/reboot will be performed (may be stopped if, for example, a computer have an unsaved document loaded, the program will ask to save document and this may cancel the shutdown/reboot task).

2) If you want to automate remote computer shutdown/reboots using scheduled days/hours, you may use the Automation option.
Add a new rule, choose task Shutdown a remote computer, set proper parameters and specify one or more computers (separated by semicolon).

Take care,
